Somasundaram, Indian Coast Guard, Chennai. Welcome Address was given by Kalaimamani. Dr. Seyon, Former Director, All India Radio & Secretary, M. T. S. Academy. Presidential Address was given by Seva Ratna Lio Prakash, Chief Executive Officer, Sri Sairam Board of Education, Chennai. Introductory Speech was given by Prof. Dr. Banumathi, Department of Tamil, Valliyammal Ladies College, Chennai and Vote of Thanks was given by Dr. P. Natarajamurthy, Online Coordinator, BECH, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.
