Dr. Seyon, Former Director, All India Radio & Secretary, M. T. S. Academy. Presidential Address was given by Prof. Dr. M. Ravichandran, Director, BECH, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. Introductory Speech was given by Prof. Dr. K. Nagappan, Head, Department of Computer Science, Savitha Engineering college, Chennai and Vote of Thanks was given by Dr. P. Natarajamurthy, Online Programme Coordinator, BECH, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.
