University Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Career Hub (BECH-RUSA 2.0) launched
an online course on "Artificial
Intelligence - An Innovative Paradigm of Smart Computing" at the last
week of April 2020 by Dr. P. Shanmugavadivu, Prof. of Computer Science and
Applications & Director, IQAC, Gandhigram Rural Institute, Gandhigram. The
online course received an overwhelming response in terms of the number of
registrations crossing 3000 on 26 April, 2020. The healthy trend of
registrations is that students, research scholars and faculty members across
various disciples and various parts of India have registered for the course.
The total number of registrations stood at 3793 as on 30 April, 2020. The
lecture videos of the course have been hosted in BECH-RUSA 2.0's website (www.bechrusa.in ) and can be viewed by the registered candidates. An
online test (MCQ based) was conducted on 22nd May 2020 and 450
successful candidates were issued E-certificates.
